SUCCESS STORY
Desola Onuoha’s life on earth was victorious by the power of God. She was a devout born-again Christian, spirit-filled, Champion and hero in battle, armour bearer, field Marshal and battle-axe for the Kingdom of God.
Everyone that heard about and knew Desola can testify to the fact that in her glorious and fulfilled lifetime she exhibited these qualities and attributes.
Although painful that there is a physical separation; To the Glory of God Almighty, she fought a good fight of faith, unwavering. She challenged, and her testimony will forever challenge and encourage all that were privileged to partake in her trials.
At this point it is important to mention that while mourning over her life, all that she left behind must work out their own salvation with fear and trembling through unfeigned faith in the Lord, God Almighty. This is key, as her ultimate desire was for all of us to make Heaven.
Despite all the tribulations she passed through, she stood her ground on Christ the Solid Rock. “On Christ the solid Rock we stand, all other ground is sinking sand”
To all Agape Sisters, Sis Desola showed so much love, care and encouragement.
She was reliable, dependable, available, loyal, committed, faithful and diligent in her Service in the Lord’s Vineyard.
On October 5th 2004, Sis Desola was healed from colon cancer, which she had been battling with since 2001. She boldly declared her testimony to the world.
However, her testimony standeth sure forever as the Lord liveth.
She was called home to Glory on Monday 23rd May 2005, which was Victoria Day in Canada. This is another confirmation that the Lord’s mighty hand was upon her and God wanted to show all her loved ones that He was in absolute control.
God gave all Desola’s family and friends the privilege to see her before He took her to Glory.
Now, Sis Desola has successfully become a legal and residential citizen of the Kingdom of God in Heaven. All Glory, Honour and Adoration to God Almighty.
It was also revealed to a Sister, that Sis Desola was discharged from the Hospital and they were speaking in tongues which is a Heavenly language a night before her departure. The interpretation is that she was taken out of the earth to Heaven.. Our God is amazing as He always reveals His will to His Children. He will never leave us comfortless.
There is so much more to share about our dear Sister Desola, but we would let the Lord comfort us all. She is survived by her husband Obi Onuoha and her lovely
5 year-old daughter Kechi Onuoha. We pray that the good Lord will forever uphold her entire household and all that she left behind with His righteous right hand in Jesus name, Amen!

MY TESTIMONY
I just want to thank GOD for how faithful and loving He has been to me. We can never know how mighty and gracious HE is, till we realize that all you’ve got is just Him. As an International student at Guelph University, we are not allowed to work off campus additionally we have limited chance to get jobs on campus. At the beginning of last year I made a promise to GOD that I will illegally and that meant that he will always provide all my needs. It so happened that at the beginning of the summer I got laid off from my work place as my professor was unable to get me a grant to pay my fees. I was sad but thank God I was not bitter, because I believe when there is smoke probably it is a sign to alert every one that my house was on fire. I did not know what to do, I had no rent and food. But that did not shake me as much as not coming back to school this semester because I had a debt of 8,000 Canadian dollars.
I started trusting GOD for another job. But this time my focus was in Britain. My friend had mentioned to me earlier on, That British government had opened an opportunity for international students from common wealth countries to go and have working experience basically in any field. I had nothing in mind in terms of what I wanted to do, but I knew it was my Door. I applied for working holiday Visa and from my tax returns I paid my ticket to Britain on 5th of June 2004. I lived with friends who were strangers before we met, but became good friends and a family by the time I was coming back. I was able to work in a cancer patient hospital. I paid my school fees.
I have learnt NOT TO TEST GOD ANY MORE BUT TRUST IN HIM ALL THAT I DO. I have a desire to become a Doctor and if He walked with me this summer then he will carry me through School. It humbles me just to know Him as GOD AND MY JEHOVAH. Thank you very much and have a blessed time.
OUR GOD IS FAITHFUL!
My husband and I got married in February 5, 1994 to the glory of God. We were now looking forward to having our own children but months turned into years without a child not even conception. In the process we went from one medical exam to another, while we were still praying and standing on the word of God (He says having done all to stand).
At one of the Agape fellowship we were told to start buying our baby things by faith because God was ready to move which I did, we also continued in prayer and fasting
(Mathew 17 vs. 21) not to long after God intervened and on the 8th day of November 2003 we were blessed with a beautiful Baby Girl “Ehima” after almost ten years of being married. Indeed the Lord makes all things beautiful in His own time. I give Him all the glory.

PRAISE…… THE LORD!!!

I have been married for about 10 years, and during this period had to wait on the Lord for Children. In between, I had a few miscarriages, but never got discouraged. I kept confessing the word of God: Psalm 127:3 “Lo Children are a heritage of the kingdom and the fruit of the womb is a reward” and so many other scriptures.
By the special power of God, we were blessed with our first baby 3 years after marriage. When we were ready for more Children, we again faced the same challenge of waiting on The Lord. This time, I had to wait even longer for about 6 years.
One thing I learned from my experience is that when you wait on the Lord for children or any blessing, it is supernatural and special. Therefore, you must be patient and don’t give up. The Lord has special blessings for you in Jesus name.
The doctor asked me to come for medical treatment in February of the year I conceived and I confessed that, God would move ahead of man. To my greatest joy, The Lord honored my faith in Him and did not put me to shame. To the Glory of the Lord, my family was blessed with another beautiful, healthy baby girl who was conceived the month of the supposed medical treatment. How awesome is His name, Jehovah Jireh! He is the unfailing God, covenant keeping, ancient of days.
The names of my Children are Ilelosa and Iyobosa. Ilelosa means, I follow God and Iyobosa means God’s favor is sufficient. May the Lord alone take all the Glory. Praise be the Lord!!!

HE DID IT FOR ME
I made a very important decision 19 years ago that changed my life...
I accepted Jesus into my heart and my life to be my Lord and saviour. In the beginning, when I accepted Christ, I did not realize what that decision truly meant. I struggled with my “old ways”, realizing slowly that I had to put them aside. As the Bible says in Mark 2:22, “you cannot put new vine into old wineskins”. Now, I knew there was one particular habit / addiction that I needed and wanted to be free from…. That of smoking. I had been a half a pack per day (if not more @times) smoker for a good 6-7 years when I became a Christian.
I struggled off and from 1983 (the year I accepted Christ) until 1991 to try and “kick the habit “, in my own strength. And, believe me, it was a struggle!!! I would quite for a couple of weeks, or even a few months and I did this quite a number of times only to fall back into the old trap again. “Only one more cigarette”, I would say, and that would surely lead to more and so on and so on…
I remember, as if it was yesterday, a very Special Day, back in 1991. I prayed a prayer like never before…one, which I will never forget. I had prayed in the past regarding this problem of “kicking the habit”, but obviously not an honest-to-GOD prayer and because I really did not want to give up cigarettes and probably couldn’t do it anyway, or so I thought.
But as I said this prayer was different, this time I asked The Lord to please take this desire to smoke from me. And, guess what…… He Did!!!
I cannot begin to express with more words what He did for me. It was truly a Miracle! I woke up the next morning, after having prayed that prayer of deliverance, the time I would normally be craving for a cigarette with my morning cup of coffee… but, not this tome! I actually felt like I had never, ever smoked in my life! I loathed the very thought of it! I felt such a freedom and peace! To think that My Lord loved me so much to deliver me from this habit. And this is what we did….. He delivered me!!! You know, right then on the spot, that particular morning way back in 1991, I realized what an Awesome GOD I served…that with Him nothing, absolutely nothing was impossible. I had an addiction, and it is gone, because of Him and because of that Honest-to-God, heartfelt prayer I gave up to Him many, many years ago.
I cannot begin to tell you how this makes me feel to be able to share this makes me feel to be able to share this massage of Hope and Deliverance. Addictions come in many forms, and smoking is definitely one of them. I guess my message to you is this…...
My strength comes from Him and I cannot do anything without Him. I struggled for years until I realized this. Give everything over to Him. He is just waiting for you to ask. He will keep His end of the promise.

The Lord is God, all the time. Recently I had discomfort in my chest, which I felt was heartburn. I was then told that it was an infection, which could cause some side effects if not traded immediately. While taking the medication, the spirit of God ministered to me to apply the blood of Jesus before taking the medication because the Lord is my Healer (Jehovah Rapha). I immediately obeyed recognizing the awesome power in the blood of Jesus Christ. I applied the Blood of Jesus more regularly than taking the medication.
After observing the symptoms, there was a great relief and I felt my health spring forth.
As I went for a follow-up appointment, the doctor discovered that I was totally healed. All Glory, Honor and Praise to the Almighty God. He is Jehovah Rapha, The Lord my Healer.
